Our polished-finish CH-1 Chronograph series is a uniquely masculine watch made from the finest quality materials and assembled using modern workmanship and design methods. The CH-1 features a practical, easy-to-read dial with a simple, yet highly functional rotating bezel. Each watch is engraved with a unique serial number on the backplate and is delivered in a beautifully designed, heavy-duty watch box with a plush interior. In the box, you will find a selection of LUCA accessories, as well as the band of your choosing. The LUCA Chronograph is also available in the BR-1 series with a brushed finish.

The Crystal:  The crystal is made of the highest quality scratch-resistant & anti-reflective sapphire.  The only thing harder is a diamond!

The Movement: The famous Miyota 0S20 movement can be found on some of the world’s most prestigious watches. This movement contains many precision parts, running at a frequency of 32,768Hz. It is considered one of the most robust and reliable mechanisms available in the world today.  The case body is completed with a unidirectional bezel, which makes this watch not only beautiful but highly functional.

The Case: The case of the CH-1 consists of three main pieces: A screw-down back, the main case, and the unidirectional bezel. All of these parts are made out of high-grade (316L) surgical-grade brushed stainless steel. The case is designed and rigorously tested, to withstand pressures equivalent to 10- ATM (100 meters underwater).

The Dial: The look and feel of the CH-1 dial is inspired by historical chronographs. The markers and hands offer excellent luminescence, which can last up to nine hours in total darkness. This is made possible thanks to LUCA’s incredible luminescence, which is one of the best non-radioactive luminescence technologies on the market today. The dial consists of two layers—the upper layer has a traditional raised “race track” design around the interior perimeter, and the primary layer is slightly textured with three sub-dials engineered directly into it.

The Watch Bands: Choose your CH-1 strap from several LUCA styles. The CH-1 is compatible with our 22 mm quick-release watch bands. We are always designing new bands, but currently, we offer watch bands in:

1. Two Shades of brown Italian leather.
2. NATO canvas style with detail that matches the watch's face color.
3. A hybrid design that incorporates top grain leather on the bottom and a canvas top, with stitching that matches the face color.
4. Two-sport bands (white or black) made from the highest grade natural rubber (NBR/Nitrile, as opposed to a cheaper silicone or neoprene).
